ANOTHER change in howling day and healer meetings

eh, I always miss the days that there supposed to be on, so now, every 10 rp days there will be a howling day and healer meeting.

such as,
day 30: will be howling day
day 35: will be a healer meeting
day 40: will be a howling day
day 45: will be a healer meeting

ect. ect.

I think that might make things easier, so starting on the 35th rp day, then we will do it that way, meaning next rp day is a healer meeting.
